A business consultant can help with all aspects of your operation and provide you with ways to grow the business, reduce costs, and fix those difficult management issues. If you need a complete turnaround or a plan to grow an already successful business, Your Retail Team can help.

A business consultant and a business coach are two very different roles. You may need one, you may need both.  A consultant will analyze your business and make recommendations for improvements. A coach will help you execute on those plans. 

Ask yourself honestly, how many times have you made plans, or started a project, but never actually finished it? How much money have you spent on plans, templates, courses, books, and said "This time! This is the plan that will work for me!' Only to find yourself a few weeks later right back in the old routine, with the same old problems? 

While our Roadmap is awesome, it still won't do the work for you. Frankly, our Coaches won't do the work for you either. But, they will provide accountability, motivation, support, suggestions, and yes, sometimes they WILL actually do the work for you. We can be helpful like that. Why? Because we love what we do. And we want you to love what you do as well. Being a business owner is fantastic, but often times challenging. Having a coach on your side will get you to the goal posts. 

First off, let's clarify that word SESSION.  We are not your physical trainer or therapist. We don't start the clock, let it run for an hour,  and then say "Sorry, our time is over. See you in 2 weeks!" We are Your Retail Team. That means we are here for you, on your team, all the time.

The specifics will vary by business, location,  and what services are being included.

If you are part of our Mastermind or Group Coaching calls the format will be fairly standard each time. There will be an agenda and a time for everyone to speak.

If you have custom projects, you may be working with a subject expert or team member and set your communication methods. We may be physically at your site for reviews.

If you are working through a Roadmap with one of our Sr. Advisors, you can expect a much closer, personal relationship. This is where we coined the phrase Your Retail Team. We are committed to working with you to help your business grow. For regularly scheduled calls, there'll still be some standardization with reviewing what's happened since the last call, setting goals for next, identifying any new opportunities, etc. But, in between, if you need something - Email us. Message us. Call us. We'll do our best to help as soon as possible.

Any needed forms or agendas will be sent to you prior to the call or meeting.

Quality coaching and consulting is not cheap. Notice the word quality. Yes, you can probably Google and find someone who promises to deliver the world for $99.  Really? In your heart, you know there is no way a person could actually give you everything they promise for so low a cost. Ask yourself, what is your time worth? What would you charge?

A quality coach or consultant is not an expense for your business, it is an investment. Our Roadmap is guaranteed to find you at least its cost back to you in new revenues or profits. If we can't help your business grow, we will not take you on as a client. You can't lose. 

We guarantee that we can find you thousands of dollars in new revenue or profits. How can we say that? Years of analyzing businesses has shown that if you take a good look at your processes, financials, marketing, job roles & vendor contracts, it would be nearly impossible to not find opportunities that will improve your overall business and financial health.

What if you can't? 

The cost of our standard Strategic Roadmap is $2,500. If we don't uncover at least that much in new revenues or profits, we won't charge you for it. Chances are it will be a fairly small report, because you're probably doing amazing already.    

Our main office is in the San Diego area, but our team is located across the United States.  While site visits are ideal, all coaching and consulting can be completed virtually.
