Size does matter. We keep our MasterMind and Group Coaching calls to 5-8 business owners. If the group is too large, your voice, your opinions, and your needs may not be heard. Too small, and you may not receive enough feedback.
Quality also matters. Participants should be like-minded business owners. The best interaction comes from groups made up of complementary businesses. We do our best to create groups that we believe will have the best synergy.
There will be 2 live webinar/calls per month.
The first call is a Mastermind style call, centered around owners - what worked last month, what didn't, what are your goals for this month. Each call will have 2 owners in the Hot Seat. This is your chance to bring up an issue you need help with. The group will discuss and offer suggestions or solutions.
The second call is to deliver training on the Monthly Program Box. Every month you will receive a physical package with all necessary materials for the training topic. In addition to the materials covered on the call, there will be additional training available in the online Knowledge Center.
Every month, for 12 months, a package will be delivered to you with materials for next months calls. Contents will vary by month, but will include things such as training materials, worksheets, planners, and some fun swag.
Each month will have a theme and training focus.
